While you can always request a free consult call, we know life is busy and sometimes the back and forth about a consultation and then booking an actual session can be too much. We offer direct online booking for your first appointment, no friction, no back and forth scheduling. An appointment for you when you need it.

Virtual sessions are held over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. For new moms or moms on the go, virtual sessions make it easy to fit therapy into your day — no commute, no childcare needed, no getting out of the house. Many clients find virtual sessions just as effective as in-person, and a lot more realistic for this season of life.

Sessions are $175 for Samantha and $250 for Suzanne. We are a private pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement — after each session, we provide a superbill and submit it for you through Reimbursify, so there's nothing extra for you to manage.
