CARE FOR THE WHOLE PICTURE

For you. For the people you love.

Maybe your child doesn't seem like themselves. Your preteen is pulling away. Your teenager is under more pressure than they know how to talk about. You're worried about someone you love and can't stop wondering what you should be doing differently.

Terra was created for all of it — the child who doesn't have the words yet, the preteen navigating a harder social world, the teenager who needs someone outside the family, and the parent lying awake worrying.

We care for the kids and teens who are struggling — and the parents who love them.

OUR APPROACH

Clinical experience without the clinical feel.

Terra was founded by Suzanne Esposito, LCSW, after years working on inpatient child units, and eventually leading them as a program director. Collaborating closely with other providers made one thing clear to her: there's a real gap in quality, sustained care for children, preteens, and teens. She created Terra to close that gap — bringing hospital-level clinical rigor into a practice that still feels personal.

We take the work seriously, without making therapy feel sterile or impersonal. You'll find warmth, honesty, and therapists who get to know the person in front of them — not just the reason they walked through the door.

Our guiding principles

Honesty

We'll tell you the truth — kindly, but clearly. You deserve a therapist who's real with you, not one who just reflects back what you want to hear.

Trust

Everything you share here stays here. What happens in this room is yours.

Warmth

This is a space where your child can show up exactly as they are — no pressure to perform or have it all figured out.

Resilience

We believe in your capacity to move through hard things — even when you can't feel it yet. Especially then.
